Toni works with clients to enhance their personal, romantic, and professional relationships. She provides guidance, support, and strategies to improve communication, resolve conflict and strengthen emotional bonds. Her love for design makes her coaching style unique. She was a sales assistant for a graphic artist and a design consultant for a regional home builder. Asking her clients, “If your life were a house, how would you design it,” she gets them to think out-of-the box and equips them with the tools they need to create fulfilling lives. By using design thinking, Toni navigates clients through creative problem-solving while empowering self-worth.

As a former director of the Iowa Women’s Business Center, Toni also teaches individuals entrepreneurship and best business practices. She carries a master’s degree in higher education from Iowa State University, where she specialized in curriculum and instruction.
